Synch is an independent company, founded by four people who agreed on one thing: software should be rented, not bought as a big bill up front.

Senior Consultant at Belsenso Executive AS, educated at BI Norwegian Business School and based in Oslo. He comes from consulting and works closest to the commercial side of a delivery: what actually needs solving, and what it is worth to the client.

Consultant and project manager at Infotechtion, specialising in artificial intelligence, data security and governance, quantum technology, strategy and leadership. He works where emerging technology meets business governance.

Works in strategic finance and investment, with a background from Heriot-Watt University and based in Oslo. He is affiliated with Objekt Venture AS, brings experience from mergers and acquisitions, capital strategy and board work, and took part in Innovation Norway's TINC programme. He writes regularly about the Nordic startup and capital markets, industry building and defence technology, and has been involved with Nåva Space, which develops sensor and AI technology for space and defence.

An IT operations technician trained at Fagskolen Innlandet and based in Gran, Innlandet. He works in IT operations and technical support, and makes sure the solutions hold up day to day: updates, monitoring, and people getting help when something stops.

Synch began with a simple frustration: good companies were stuck with software that almost fit, or with one-off bills that put bespoke work out of reach. There had to be a third way.
So we built it. Synch is an independent Norwegian software studio that builds the software companies need, runs it, secures it and rents it out for one predictable monthly price. You pay to use it, for as long as it's useful to you.
We're still a small studio with long thinking, based in Harestua and Oslo, with responsibility you can actually call.
